Is this charter a viable organization? What evidence do authorizers use to answer that question? This session will outline quality practices in assessing the organizational performance of charter schools, including reporting, regulatory compliance, and governance. Presenters will provide participants with an overview of strong practices as well as a set of concrete tools that they can immediately put to use within their own organizations, and will discuss the common challenges authorizers may face on implementation.
